Pimento Cheese Dip
 
Ingredients
  • 4 oz. reduced fat Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2-3 tbsp. pimentos, or chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients until combined.
  3. Serve at room temperature or chilled with tortilla chips or veggies.
