Pimento Cheese Dip
- 4 oz. reduced fat Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp. pimentos, or chopped roasted red pepper
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- In the bowl of a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients until combined.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled with tortilla chips or veggies.
