Ingredients
1 papaya (peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
1 cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon blue agave or honey
½ cup skim milk
½ banana
¼ cup orange, pineapple, or guava jioce
handful of ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed (ex: add more ice, juice, milk, etc.) Serve right away.
