Ingredients
  • 1 papaya (peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon blue agave or honey
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup orange, pineapple, or guava jioce
  • handful of ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed (ex: add more ice, juice, milk, etc.) Serve right away.
